World Of WarCraft
World of WarCraft is a massive multiplayer online role playing game (MMORPG). It was released in 2004 and became increasingly popular amongst gamers around the world. It’s one of the largest massive multiplayer online role playing games. It is set in the fantasy world known as Azeroth. You can play by yourself, with your friends or, with a guild. A guild is a group of people, with whom each person has a specific role. There are three roles in a guild in world of warcraft. The first role is tank, they are the ones that are on the defensive line of the guild and take all the damage from enemies. There are also healers, they are the ones that heal those from damage and watch over every player's health bar in their guild. The last role in a guild is a DPS, which stands for damage per second. DPS deal massive amounts of damage to enemies.
LEAGUE OF LEGENDS
League of Legends is a multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) game. It was released after World of WarCraft in 2009. League of Legends is set in the fantasy world known as Runeterra, which consists of twelve different regions. The roles are very similar to those mentioned in World of WarCraft, however they are named differently. The role of the tanks is still the same as that in World of WarCraft. There is also the role of jungler is to attack the enemies in large groups. Junglers attack their enemy by using advantage in numbers. There is also the role of assassins. The assassins attack high value targets and eliminate them with high bursts of attacks.
SUMMONER'S WAR: SKY ARENA
Summoner’s War: Sky Arena is also a massively multiplayer online role playing game (MMORPG). This is a relatively new game the was released in 2014 and is only available on mobile platforms, such as iOS and Android OS. Players assume the role of a summoner who then summoners monsters to obtain them through multiple means. There are hundreds of different monsters that you can summon who are split into five different elements of monsters; fire, wind, water, light and darkness. Fire overpowers wind, wind overpowers water and water overpowers fire. Furthermore light and darkness are strong against each other and cancel each other out. There are dungeons and raids that can lead you to larger monsters after you battle smaller ones.
